Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026 Last updated: August 6, 2026
The Big Game Show (“The Big Game Show,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit thebiggameshow.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, request pricing, or inquire about booking an event, we collect the information you provide - typically your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, event details, and any message you send.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We may also collect approximate location derived from your IP address.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics platforms (for example, whether you arrived via one of our ads) and from service providers that help us operate the Site and our marketing.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
respond to your inquiries and provide pricing, quotes, and our event services;
operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
measure and analyze Site traffic, form submissions, and the performance of our marketing;
show you relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness, including retargeting you on other websites and platforms;
build and match audiences for advertising (see Section 4); and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. These technologies are managed through a tag-management system and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 4.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 5. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. Analytics and advertising partners
We use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags and tracking technologies on our Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information but deploys the tags that do, including those described below. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to collect usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, and general location. We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Remarketing with Google Analytics and Demographics and Interests reporting. These features use Google advertising cookies (third-party cookies) and first-party identifiers together to provide aggregated reporting and to support advertising. We may share usage data with other Google products as permitted by your consent settings.
You can control or opt out of these features through your Google Ad Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Google Ads - conversion tracking and Enhanced Conversions
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure actions you take after clicking one of our ads (such as submitting a form or requesting pricing). We also use Enhanced Conversions, which improves measurement accuracy: when you submit certain forms, first-party contact information you provide (such as your email address) is hashed (irreversibly encoded) on our side before it is sent to Google, and Google uses it only to match your action to an ad interaction. We share these conversions with Google only where we have the appropriate legal basis or your consent. Google uses this data to provide and improve its advertising services and does not share it with other advertisers. See How Google uses enhanced conversion data.
Google Ads - Remarketing
We use Google Ads remarketing to show you our ads on Google and across the Google Display Network and partner sites after you have visited our Site. Google and its partners use cookies and identifiers to serve these ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising through your Google Ad Settings.
Google Ads - Customer Match
We may use Customer Match to reach you with relevant ads. To do this, we share first-party contact information you have provided to us (such as your email address) with Google in a hashed form. Google matches it to signed-in Google accounts so we can show ads to you or to similar audiences, and then deletes the uploaded data after the match. We share this data with Google only where we have the appropriate legal basis or your consent, and we do not provide data relating to anyone we know to be under 18. See Google’s Customer Match policy.
5. Your advertising choices
You can limit interest-based advertising through these tools:
Google: Google Ad Settings
Industry opt-outs: Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance / YourAdChoices
Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and signal a Global Privacy Control (GPC) preference, which we honor where required by law.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
Service providers that host the Site, manage forms and email, and support our marketing and operations, under contracts limiting their use of the data.
Advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 4, to measure and deliver advertising. Some of this sharing may be considered “sharing” or “selling” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state laws; see Section 7 for how to opt out.
Legal and safety - when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Your privacy rights
US state privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@thebiggameshow.com. You may also opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising using the tools in Section 5 and by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EEA/UK rights (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for advertising and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Site and measure marketing), and the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to respond to inquiries). Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@thebiggameshow.com.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy - for example, to respond to your inquiry and provide our services - and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@thebiggameshow.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
